We believe that for software outsourcing to work, first thing that's required is excellent communication and detailed documentation. If we are able to achieve this, further activity becomes simple. Option 1

To build mutual confidence,we can start with a small trial project. We will discuss requirements and make a SRS document. Then we can discuss update on daily or weekly basis. We will use different system while developing this projects like time tracking, bug tracking system. This will ensure the quality of the project. This will be fixed bid activity.

Option 2

We can start with 1-2 resource as per your requirements. For this we can decide on a trial period for around three month. We will decide the rates on hourly basis. We can extend the contract and increase the number of resources if things work out well.
