VisTrack - Visitor Management System for offices

VisTrack helps corporate offices to manage Vistors. VisTrack is installed as part of the company intranet, and is accessible to employees of the company as per access rights given to them.

Short workflow is as follows

  1. Employee uses VisTrack to fix appointments for recieving visitors
  2. The security guard can view these appointments
  3. When a visitor arrives, the security guard checks is an appointment has been made for the visitor.
  4. If an appoint has been made the visitor ia allowed inside.
  5. The visitor is photographed and a visitor badge is issued to the visitor.
  6. When the visitor leaves, the security guard enters time the visitor has left, and gets back the badge
  7. Security administrator can view reports of visitor activities like
    • Number of visitors currently in the premises
    • List of visitors for a particular day, week or month
    • etc ...
